Appetite4Recruitment ensures the screening process for each candidate is open and as informative as possible. Once we receive a CV we contact the candidate and progress to a thorough phone interview, qualifying the candidate throughout. We then invite all candidates to our offices for a more in depth one-on-one interview, wherever possible if not then a Skype face to face interview is carried out. This shows commitment on behalf of our candidates, and we are able to interview them, and get to know them better. This in-depth process ensures we fully understand our candidates and we can give them relevant company information pertaining to the best opportunity for them at that time. Also, due to our individual knowledge of our clients and, in most instances, key personnel within the business; we are able to personally match up the best candidate for the client’s needs, ensuring longevity and maximum productivity.
