The ideal candidate would come from a background working in a fresh food pub or restaurant at decent volume, having responsibilities leading shifts, service and team. As Junior Sous you will need to be able to man manage, deal with issues and cook great food, maintaining the standards for yourself and team during busy times.
As this business is privately owned they choose to shut every bank holiday and on important Christmas dates.
