SOUS CHEF REQUIRED FOR AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT! I am currently looking for a Sous Chef to join the team of a quality, fresh food, Gastro Pub near Newbury. A growing group of dynamic premium venues, this is a great opportunity to learn a lot from Award winning chefs, working with weekly changing menus and amazing, fresh, seasonal produce.
The ideal candidate for this role would
* come from a background working with fresh food and quality dining at good volume.
* a hungry Senior CDP OR Junior Sous looking to take a step up!
* heave a real willingness to learn
* Know all kitchen basics including knife skills, health and hygiene, Sauces etc.
* Access to their own transport due to location of venue
