SOUS CHEF – NORTH SCOTLAND – £27K PER ANNUM
Our client, a luxury 5 star hotel with AA rosette restaurants is currently looking to recruit a strong Sous Chef to assist the current Head Chef in managing his kitchen brigade. SOUS CHEF – DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Previous 2 years experience as Sous Chef in at least 2AA rosettes restaurant.
* The passion and drive to contribute to the future success of the kitchen brigade who continue to develop award winning dishes
* Ability to train, coach, develop, motivate and enthuse a young committed team to deliver excellent standards of cuisine across the full range of kitchen departments
* The flair to contribute practical, costed and exciting dishes for our range of menus
* Achieving rosette quality food while effectively managing the GP, stock and wastage
* Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are achieved meeting legal and company requirements
