Anne-Sophie Loussert

Hospitality is in my blood as my grandfather owned a Hotel, Bar and Restaurant in the Middle of France. It was only natural that I studied International Hospitality Management at Vatel School. During these studies, I had weeks practice in all the departments from a 4 star hotel, traiteur and gastronomic restaurant plus several internships in 5 Star hotels in France and the well-known restaurant Le Gavroche, in London. When I finished, I moved to London to develop my career in this field. Due to my studies and to my past experiences in a recruitment company, I have developed a good understanding of the recruitment needs of prestigious companies that is why it was obvious for me to join Laurent to develop the fine dining department in London.
I chose to work with Appetite as they offer my love for the industry and we are all like minded people. We have all been in the industry and genuinely care and want the best for both our candidates and clients. Appetite gives me the freedom to do what I love, which is recruiting the best candidate for the best restaurant.
