Hospitality is in my blood as my grandfather owned a Hotel, Bar and Restaurant in the Middle of France. It was only natural that I studied International Hospitality Management at Vatel School. During these studies, I had weeks practice in all the departments from a 4 star hotel, traiteur and gastronomic restaurant plus several internships in 5 Star hotels in France and the well-known restaurant Le Gavroche, in London. When I finished, I moved to London to develop my career in this field. Due to my studies and to my past experiences in a recruitment company, I have developed a good understanding of the recruitment needs of prestigious companies that is why it was obvious for me to join Laurent to develop the fine dining department in London.
