Getting to know you
You will have your own dedicated point of contact who will take the time to get to know you and your business. They will visit you and take detailed notes to gauge your individual business needs.
Building your team
Based on your brief we can start the search for the member of your dream team.
Stage 1 – Advertise for your business using job boards, social media platforms and utilise our candidate database.
Stage 2-Applications will come through and we will have initial discussions with prospective candidates.
Stage 3- If a candidate has been successful in the first 2 stages a consultant will book in an interview with the candidate
Stage 4 – Throughout this process we will keep in touch with you, to gauge if your needs are the same and if you would be interested in meeting with the candidate.
Stage 5 – Candidate & Client meet and you will hold an internal interview – this stage can have multiple interviews depending on the role that the applicant is applying for.
Any candidates that are successful will be confirmed in writing to your managing consultant who will liase with the candidate for for start dates and will discuss any questions about their newly offered role.
